Our 30-Day Wear-Tested Guarantee
We want you to actually wear Everstead Wear before you decide. If our boxer briefs don't work for you, wear them for up to 30 days from delivery, then email us at info@eversteadwear.com within that window. We'll refund your first order in full, including pairs you've worn.
- First order only. The guarantee applies once per customer, to your first Everstead Wear order. Later orders follow our standard return terms below.
- Return shipping. For US orders, we'll email you a prepaid return label. For hygiene reasons, worn items are never resold.
- What to include. Your order number and a sentence on what didn't work. It helps us improve, and we won't argue with you about it.
Standard Returns (Repeat Orders)
- Unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- The customer pays return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective.
- Contact us first at info@eversteadwear.com to get a return authorization and address. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Size Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? We'll exchange it for free, once per order, even if you've tried them on. Email us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll ship the new size.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you. Manufacturing defects that appear within 90 days of delivery are also replaced free.

Refunds
Once your return is received or your guarantee request is approved, we'll email you. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
