This website, eversteadwear.com, is operated by Everstead Wear ("Everstead Wear," "we," "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products and Descriptions
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, including colors, sizes and absorbency ratings. Colors may look different on different screens, and absorbency performance varies with fit, activity and care. Our products are comfort and convenience garments, not medical devices. 4. Pricing and Availability
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or were placed with a pricing or typographical error. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.
5. Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we ship it. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when you order, plus any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners; we don't store your full card details.
6. Shipping, Returns and Our Guarantee
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and our 30-Day Wear-Tested Guarantee are covered by our Refund Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order.
7. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse a promotion.
8. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm it's your own honest experience and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning, and we may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated to our products.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images and designs, belongs to Everstead Wear or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everstead Wear from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@eversteadwear.com and try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. Any claim that can't be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will change. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in effect when they were placed.
17. Severability and Entire Agreement
