- Suddenly, or more than a little at a time → Heavy
2. How much is it, usually?
- A damp spot → Light
- Enough to wet regular underwear → Moderate
- Enough to reach my pants → Heavy
3. How long between changes?
- All day, no problem → Light
- A workday, with a spare just in case → Moderate
- I want the most coverage I can get → Heavy
The levels
| Level | Holds up to | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Light | 150 ml / 5 fl oz | Drips and dribbles |
| Moderate | 300 ml / 10 fl oz | Daytime leaks |
| Heavy | 450 ml / 15 fl oz | Bigger leaks |
For reference, a tablespoon is about 15 ml. Still unsure? Start with Moderate, and add a Snap-in Boost Insert for heavier days.
If you regularly leak more than 450 ml at once, a heavier disposable product is the safer choice. See our Medical Disclaimer.
