Shipping Policy
Effective July 20, 2026
This policy explains the estimated processing, production, and delivery arrangements for Everstead Wear sample and custom-production orders.
Sample orders
Sample orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days through USPS or UPS. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the order.
Custom production orders
Custom production orders generally ship through UPS within 3–4 weeks after the order is finalized. An order is finalized after the design proof, garment selections, size quantities, shipping information, and required payment are confirmed. Changes or delayed approvals may extend the timeline.
Rush production
When capacity permits, rush production may be available for an additional $500 and generally ships within 2–3 weeks after order finalization. Contact our team before placing or finalizing the order. Rush service is not reserved until confirmed in writing and any required payment is received.
Shipping addresses
Please verify the recipient name and complete shipping address before approving your order. If a shipment is returned because the supplied address was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, we will contact you for a corrected address. Reshipment occurs after applicable carrier and reshipping charges are paid.
International orders
International shipping may be available. We will provide a quote based on the destination, order size, and carrier service for approval before moving forward. Unless expressly included in our quote, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country fees.
Tracking and delays
Production estimates do not include carrier transit time. Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed by the carrier. Weather, peak volume, customs, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
