Do I need to design the polo?
No. Share your website, assets, and preferences. Our design team creates the concept.
Is the design fee refundable?
The fee starts the creative work and is not refundable, but it can be credited toward a qualifying apparel order.
How many revisions are included?
Current packages include one structured revision round. Additional rounds can be quoted before work continues.
When does production begin?
Only after you approve both the design and final quote and complete the required payment.
Can custom products be returned?
Custom products cannot be returned for a change of mind. Documented manufacturing defects follow our resolution process.
